Correction, 26 October 2026: An earlier version of this column called the plans of a director of MIC and Cheng Shin Rubber Ind. to transfer 24,200,000 and 10,900,000 shares private sales to named buyers; the filings name as buyer an asset management company the director is forming, a transfer into the director's own company, not a market sale. It also put sales and block trades at 76 per cent of the value declared; they made up 28 per cent, restated from the filings as now recorded.
