Kinsus Interconnect major holder sells NT$11bn of shares in September

Taiwan company insiders added NT$12.6bn to their holdings during the month while shedding NT$20.9bn across the market.

Taiwan company insiders increased their holdings by NT$12.6bn and cut NT$20.9bn during September. An investor holding more than 10 per cent of Kinsus Interconnect Technology led the sales, shedding NT$11.0bn of shares on the exchange in the chipmaker. A capital reduction at healthcare group PG reduced every insider holding by 48 per cent in September.

The largest increase of the month was NT$1.3bn, by a holder of more than 10 per cent in Lintes Technology. Across listed companies, insiders reported 1,185 holding increases and 678 cuts.

New major positions also appeared, with an individual newly listed as holding more than 10 per cent of machinery maker Young Shine. In the past week, company insiders declared 25 plans to transfer NT$4.6bn of shares across 20 companies, with sales or block trades accounting for 29 per cent of that value.

Correction, 26 October 2026: An earlier version of this column counted a share split at Pell Bmt, a capital reduction at PG, and stock dividends, splits and capital reductions at other companies as purchases and sales, and put sales and block trades at 77 per cent of the shares insiders planned to transfer. The filings show no purchase at Pell Bmt and no sale at PG; September's increases and cuts, and the share sold or block-traded, are restated from the filings as now recorded.

Companies in this column: Pell Bmt, Kinsus Interconnect Technology, PG, Young Shine.
