BCPE Neon Cayman raises stake in Baudroie by $459.1mn

BCPE Neon Cayman raised a stake in technology and telecoms group Baudroie by $459.1mn on 5 October, reporting the transaction on 13 October. The filer stated an intention to consider making important proposals to management.
Silchester International Investors disclosed on 13 October that the company cut a stake in Yamaha Motor by $132.0mn on 9 October. Silchester also stated that the investor may make important proposals to management at the vehicle and transport equipment maker. Shares in Yamaha Motor rose 2.9 per cent after the transaction date.
The transactions featured among 38 filings submitted by 24 filers since 13 October. Those reports recorded $643.4mn of stake increases alongside $212.4mn of reductions.
